Thanks to its high chromium and nickel content (equivalent to 08X18H10), AISI 304 steel is highly resistant to oxidation and corrosion, making it essential for the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.

Stainless Steel LLC offers weld-on elbows with mirror-polished (600 grit) and matte finishes. Our products are ideal for both industrial process lines and premium architectural handrail systems.

FAQ about AISI 304 Elbows

Factory mirror polishing significantly reduces the time required for finishing the structure. The technician only needs to repolish the small welded seam area rather than the entire elbow, saving labor costs and time during installation.

This grade is "food-safe" and acid-resistant. It is ideal for the dairy, beverage, oil and gas, and pharmaceutical industries. AISI 304 is also mandatory for outdoor structures (terraces, balconies) because it does not rust under weather exposure.
